ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. All members
of the Council were present. All members of Staff were present.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
public concerning the following proposed ordinances:
a. BILL 641 - REPEAL OF SECTION 45-20 ENTITLED ";
IN R-1 DISTRICT." A proposed ordinance provi
repeal of Section~45-20 entitled "Annexed
District" of Article II of Appendix C-Zoning,
of Ordinances of 'the Village of North Palm
b. BILL 645 -
PROFESSIONP
TO
LAND
Land in R-1
of the Code
Beach.
A proposed ordinance amending Subsection F or section
45-36 of Article III, of Appendix C-Zoning relating to
conduct of business, professional, commercial activities
and home occupations upon real property and within
dwellings or upon docks, piers, or waterside structures
appurtenant thereto.
