MINUTES OF RECESSED SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, JULY 11, 1991
RECONVENED MONDAY, JULY 15, 1991

Mayor Gardner reconvened the Special Meeting of July 11, 1991 at
6:55 p.m. All members of Council were present. All members of
staff were present except the Village Attorney.
APPOINTMENTS TO COUNTRY CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD
After placing four names in nomination, the Council, by written
ballot, appointed Chuck Weston and James Rusnak to the Country Club
Administrative Board for terms expiring in 1994 and 1993,
respectively. All ballots shall be attached to the official
Minutes of this meeting. Thereafter, their names were placed on
Resolution 26-91.
RESOLUTION 26-91 ADOPTED
President Pro Tem Marks moved that Resolution 26-91"entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COUNTRY CLUB
ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD

be adopted. Vice Mayor Pierman seconded the motion, and all
present voted aye.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
