ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. All members
of Council were present except Vice Mayor Pierman, who was out of
the state. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
' The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
public concerning Bill 665, a proposed ordinance of the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida, amending Section 45-35.2 B, C-OS
Conservation and Open Space District of Appendix C - Zoning, in
order to change the uses permitted; and providing for an effective
date.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm Beach
Post on July 6, 1991.
There were no comments from the public.
There being no further business to come before Council, the meeting
adjourned at 7:24 p.m.
