ROLL CALL
Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. All members
of the Council and Staff were present.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
public concerning Bill 625, a proposed ordinance of the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida, adopting amendments to the Comprehensive
Plan for the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with the
local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Act.
There were no comments from the Public concerning this bill.
Discussion was held between members of the Council, the Village
Manager, and the Village Attorney concerning the impact of this
bill on a lawsuit concerning Little Munyon Island.
There being no further comments from the Public, the meeting
adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
