Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 6:45 p.m. All
members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor Gardner. All
members of staff were present except Village Manager Dennis Kelly,
who was out of the state, and Village Clerk Dolores Walker.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the comments from the
Public concerning a proposed revised Comprehensive Plan for the
Village in accordance with a Stipulation Agreement dated July 30,
1990, with the Florida State Department of Community Affairs.
LEGAL NOTICE PUBLISHED
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm Beach
Post on September 19, 1990.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There being no comments from the Public and no further business to
come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
