ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of the Council were present. All members of the Staff were
present except Village Manager Dennis Kelly and Village Clerk
Dolores Walker.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear the comments from the
Public concerning an application for a Planned Unit Development
(Harbour Point Marina) on a 13.66 acre parcel of property zoned C-1
Neighborhood Commercial lying generally north of Monet Road and
immediately west of the Intracoastal Waterway.
' LEGAL NOTICES PUBLISHED
Legal notices of the Public Hearing were published in the Palm
Beach Post on October 11, 1990 and October 19, 1990.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There being no comments from the Public and no further business to
come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
