ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. All
members of the Council and the staff were present.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the
public concerning the Stipulated Settlement Agreement with the
Florida"Department of Community Affairs.--
LEGAL NOTICE
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm Beach
Post on June 11, 1990.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public concerning the Stipulated
Settlement Agreement with the Florida Department of Community
Affairs.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
