A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA INCREASING THE TOTAL
EXPENDITURE TO RED THE UNIFORM TAILOR INCORPORATED FOR
POLICE DEPARTMENT UNIFORMS, EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
FOR FISCAL YEAR 2016; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2016 -37, the Village Council approved the issuance
of a second purchase order in the amount of $10,000.00 to Red the Uniform Tailor Incorporated,
increasing the total expenditure for Fiscal Year 2016 to $19,800.00; and
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2016 expenditures to this vendor have exceeded the purchase order
amount by $3,361.57, and Village Administration is seeking Council approval of the additional
expenditure utilizing Fiscal Year 2106 budgeted funds; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves an additional expenditure to Red the
Uniform Tailor Incorporated in the amount of $3,361.57, bringing the total Fiscal Year 2016
expenditure to $23,161.57, utilized budgeted funds expended from Account No. A5711 -35294
(Police — Uniforms and Shoes).
Section 3. All resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of
such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective retroactive to September 30, 2016.
