A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE CONCEPTUAL PLAN
FOR ANCHORAGE PARK PHASE TWO; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Administration, in conjunction with the Recreation Advisory Board, has
completed a conceptual plan for Anchorage Park Phase Two; and
WHEREAS, Administration has received public input on the conceptual plan and has presented
it to both the Planning Commission and the Waterways Board and is now seeking Council
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that approval of the conceptual plan for Anchorage
Park Phase Two is in the best interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby approves the conceptual plan for Anchorage Park
Phase Two, as depicted on the draft plan dated September 9, 2016 prepared by Engenuity Group, Inc.,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Section 3.
This RPenl» Lion shall take effect immediatelv upon adoption.
