Mayor Pierman called the Special Meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present. The Village Manager and
the Village Clerk were present.
The purpose of the Special meeting is to finalise the goals of PURPOSE OF
the Village Council. MEETING
Listed below are the goals which were chosen by the Village VILLAGE

CAPITAL PROJECTS
Space Study implementation
Fence -service alley
Public Safety station north of Parker Bridge
Median improvement north of Parker Bridge
Sidewalk in front of Library
Conduct Plaster Recreation Plan User Study
Appraisal and purchase of Anchorage Park including
garage and LP gas tank site
MAINTENANCE PROJECTS
Keep flowers in medians
Beautification program on Intracoastal Waterway
Landscaping south of pool area
Pool facility, pump room upgrade
ADMINISTRATIVE/PROCEDURAL CHANGES/STUDIES
Tennis/pool accountability into General Fund
' Expense Village Manager, Finance Department's, other
department's time to Golf Course/Country Club
Assess meeting room usage fee
Pool/tennis operations - same as other recreation
programs
Greater publicity for community's current recreational
efforts

The Village Manager stated that the next step is to prioritize
these goals by category.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9:18 p.m.
