Mayor Mundt called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of Council were present except Councilman Marks. All
members of staff were present except the Village Attorney.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the
public concerning the appropriation of $80,000.00 from
unappropriated fund balance for the removal of six leaking gas
tanks and installation of a new 10,000 gallon gas tank and two
new pumps at the Public Services Building, 645 Prosperity Farms
Road, North Palm Beach, Florida.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm
Beach Post on January 9, 1989 and was posted according to law.
There were no canments from the Council or the public at the
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
