Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney
Iblores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Mayor Mundt called the Special Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. All ILL CALL
members of the Council and the staff were present.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to review the Employment PURI~SE OF
Agreement for Dennis W. Kelly, the prospective Village Manager. _ SPECIAL MEETING
The Council reviewed the F]nployment Agreement and made some minor EMPLOYMENT
changes. Mr. Gildan's office will prepare a corrected Agreement AGREEMENT
and have it back to us tomorrow for signature by the Mayor
and Mr. Kelly.
Councilman Marks moved to approve an Employment Agreement with DENNIS W. KELLY
Mr. Tennis W. Kelly and appointment as Village Manager. The APPOINTED VILLAGE
motion was seconded by Councilman Gardner and passed MANAGER
' unanimously.
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
