Mayor Mundt reconvened the Recessed Regular Session of April 28, ROLL CALL
1988 at 5:40 p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Councilman Gardner, who was out of state, and Councilman Marks,
who arrived at 5:50 p.m.
Mayor Mundt stated that the motion on the floor is to review the MOTION CN
purchase of Seacoast Utilities. FLOOR '
The Village Manager briefed Council on the ongoing negotiations COUNCIL BRIEFED
for the purchase of Seacoast Utilities. ON SEACOAST
Attorney William Sundstran of Tallahassee was present at the ATTORNEY
meeting to represent the MacArthur Foundation. SUNC6TROM

After discussion, President Pro Tem Valente moved to table our MOTION FOR
motion for condemnation proceedings of Seacoast Utilities, Inc. CONDEMNATION
until our next Council meeting of Thursday, May 12, 1988. The PROCEIDINGS
motion was seconded by Councilman Marks and passed unanimously. TABLED
'There being no further business to cane before the Council, the AATOUR[~A1ENT
meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
