Mayor Mundt called the Public Hearing to order at 7:25 p.m. All 1~LL CALL
members of the Council and the staff were present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
concerning Bill No. 542, a proposed ordinance rezoning an 11.88 PUBLIC
acre tract located on U. S. Highway #1 in the Village of North HEARING
Palm Beach fran Zoning District R-1 to Zoning District C-1
Neighborhood Commercial.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the Palm LEGAL
Beach Post on May 25 and June 4, 1988, and was posted according NOTICE
to law.
There were no comments from the Council or the public at the NO COMMENTS

There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
