Mayor Mundt convened the Emergency Session at 8:22 p.m. All ROLL CALL
members o£ the Council and the staff were present.
Tne reason for the Emergency Session is that the commitment fran REFISON FOR
Sun Bank will expire before the next regular session of the EMERGENCY
Village Council. SESSION
Councilman Marks moved to accept the commitment to lend us money SUN BANK
from Sun Bank and authorize the Mayor to sign the commitment CONA7ITMENT
dated June 6, 1988. The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem ACCEPTED BY
Valente and passed unanimously. COUNCIL
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the AATOURt~IINENT
meeting was adjourned at 8:31 p.m.
