MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Mayor Valente called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
Councilman Mays and Iblores Walker, Village Clerk, were absent
and excused.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the coartnents of the PURPOSE OF
public concerning Bill No. 515, a proposed ordinance amending the PUBLIC
Planned Unit Ikvelopment provisions of the Village Code by HEARING
permitting Commercial Planned Unit Developments, as well as
Residential Planned Unit Developments, and setting forth
restrictions, conditions and procedures relating thereto.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm
Beach Post on October 7 and 17, 1987 and was posted according to
law.
Mr. Inmanuel Grinn, Greenway Drive, expressed his concern of
proposed P.U.D. ordinance.
There were no comments fran the Council concerning Bill No. 515
at the Public Hearing.
There being no further business to cane before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
