Vice Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except Mayor Valente, who
is out of state. All members of the staff were present except
the Village Attorney.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the PURPOSE OF
public concerning Bill No. 506, a proposed ordinance amending PUBLIC
Chapter 45 of the North Palm Beach Code, the Zoning Code, by HEARING
adding new sections to C-1-A, Limited Commercial District, which
require activities, sale and storage of goods to be within C-1-A,
Limited Commercial District and C-1, Neighborhood Commercial
District.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in the Palm LEGAL NOTICE
Beach Post on May 13, 1987 and May 22, 1987 and was posted OF PUBLIC
accord ing to law. HEARING
There were no comments from the Council or the public at the NO COMMENTS

There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
