A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING EUGENE BIE AS JUDGE OF SAID VILLAGE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That EUGENE BIE be and he is hereby appointed and
designated as Village Judge in and for the Village of North Palm Beach,
Florida, and he is hereby vested and delegated all of the powers and
duties incident to said office.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of the said
EUGENE BIE as such Village Judge he is to be paid the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) for each session of the Village Court which he shall hold.
Section 3. THis appointment shall become effective as of 15th
August , 1962, and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of
the Village C!uncil.
