MINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, JULY 25, 1985
Present: Tom Valente, Mayor
Al Moore, Uice Mayor
V. A. Marks, M. D., Councilman
Craig Mundt, Councilman
Raymond J. Howland, Village Manager
Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: Harriet Wolan, President Pro Tem
Mayor Valente called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m.
All members of the Council were present except President Pro Tem
Nolan, who is on vacation. All members of the staff were
present.
Councilman Marks gave the invocation and Vice Mayor Moore led the
Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag.
The Minutes of Regular Session held Thursday, July 11, 1985 were
approved as written.
The Minutes of General Employees Pension Board Meeting held June
26, 1985 stand as prepared.
Councilman Mundt moved that we accept the Proposal of Southern
Fence Company, Boca Raton, FL, for new fencing for tennis courts
1 and 2 at the North Palm Beach Country Club in the amount of
$3,002.00, to be expended from Account No. 41-572-131-34620 (R&M
Grounds & Maintenance). The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor
Moore and passed unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
