Mayor Valente called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m.
All members of the Council were present except Councilman Marks
and Councilman Mundt. All members of the staff were present
except the Village Attorney.
ROLL CALL
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the PURPOSE OF
public concerning Bill No. 466, a proposed ordinance amending PUBLIC HEARING
Chapter 11 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code, the
Electrical Cade for the Village, by adopting by reference thereto
the National Electric Code, 1984 Edition, and setting forth
amendments to said National Electric Code.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in The Post on
July 24 and August 3, 1985, and was posted according to law.
There were no comments from the Council or the public at the
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
