Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except President Pro Tem
Nolan, who is on vacation. All members of the staff were
present.
Mayor Marks gave the invocation and Vice Mayor Moore led the INVOCATION &
Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PLEDGE OF
ALLEGIANCE

Councilman Mundt moved that Bill No. 449 entitled: - BILL 449 PLACED
ON FIRST READING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH PALM BEACH BUDGET FOR
FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 BY APPROPRIATION TRANSFERS
be placed on first reading and read by title alone. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Valente and passed 3-1, with Vice
Mayor Moore opposed.
Councilman Mundt moved that we approve the payment of $2,875.00 APPROVAL OF
to Jammal & Associates, Inc., and the payment of $12,289.25 to PAYMENT - COM-
Nason, Gildan, Yeager & Gerson for services rendered for the NPB MUNITY CENTER
Community Center, to be expended from Account No. BILLS
31-572-555-66313 (NPB Community Center). The motion was seconded
by Councilman Valente and passed unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
