VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1984
Present: Tom Valente, Mayor

Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: V. A. Marks, M. D., Vice Mayor
Mayor Valente called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor
Marks. All members of the staff were present.
Due to the fact that Council needs to discuss Bill No. 435 PUBLIC HEARING
and place it on first reading at the regular meeting tonight, RECESSED
Mayor Valente recessed the Public Hearing at 7:01 p.m. until 8:00
p.m. this evening.
Mayor Valente recessed the regular meeting at 8:00 p.m. and
reconvened the Public Hearing that was, recessed at 7:01 p.m.
All members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor
Marks.
' The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of
the public concerning Bill No. 435, a proposed ordinance
adopting an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan for the
.Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with the require-
ments of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act of
1975.
Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in The Post
on January 25, 1984 and February 4, 1984 and was posted
according to law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council at the
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to.come before the Council,
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 8:02 p.m.
