a.Discussion, input and guidance regarding the First Draft of the Master Plan
prepared by Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council.

b.Discussion, input and guidance regarding the application submitted by
MGA Heine 1 LLC for the issuance of a Special Use Permit to construct a one story, 1000 square
foot retail building with five parking spaces on the southeast corner of Alternate A1A and Lorraine
Court within the CC Commercial Transitional Zoning District.

U.S. HIGHWAY 1 MEDIAN LANDSCAPING PROJECT
c.Discussion and consideration of landscape
services for medians from Palmetto Road to Carolinda Drive to be provided by Precision
Landscape, Inc. under their existing contract with the Village at an estimated cost of $80,000.00
to $100,000.00.
