Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Crnmcil and the staff were present.
Councilman. Valente gave the invocation and President Pro Ten INVOCATION &

During the discussion on the bid award for the Cardiopulrnmary DISCUSSION
Resuscitator, the Council did not agree to take $1,078.00 ON BID Aj+IAARD
frcm the Council Contingency Account for the purchase of FOR CARDIO-
this item. Therefore, they dete~vzed that it would be PUI.I~NARY
necessary to draft an ordinance, for first and second RESUSCITATOR
reading on an emergency basis, for the regular session
of February 24, 1983 and appropriate the balance of the
funds from Federal Revernle Sharing.
President Pro Tem Nolan moved that we accept the audits ACCEPTAIQCE OF
for tl-ie General Fund, North Palm Beach Country Club, AUDITS FOR
and Revenue Sharing for the fiscal year 1982. The motion FISCAL 1982
was seconded by Vice Mayor Brown and all present voted aye.
Counci_7man Marks moved that we reject all bids received for BIDS RECEIVED
the Hydraulic Rescue Tool (,laws of Life). The motion was FOR HIDRAULIC
seconded by Vice Mayor Brown and all present voted aye. RESCUE TOOL
These bids were rejected upon the advice of the Village RETECTID
Attorney because the company name "Porter" was used in
the specifications.
There being no further business to come before the Council, ADJOURIV64ENT
on motion of President Pro Tem Nolan, seconded by Council-
max~ Marks, all present voting aye, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:20 p.m.
