Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and staff were present.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments PURPOSE OF
of the public on Bill No. 391, a proposed ordinance rezoning PUBLIC HEARII~lG
a 10-acre tract located on Prosperity Farms Road in the Village
of North Palm Beach, cotm~zly known as the '~eLacorte Site", from
Zonin~a Districts R-1 and R-2 to Zoning District P-Public.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing eras published in The Post
on December. 30, 1981 and January 9, 1982 and was posted
according to law.
There were no coaments from the public or the Council at
this Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
