Vice Mayor Brown called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m.
All members of the Cotmcil were present except Mayor Moore, Rio
is on vacation. All members of the staff were present.
ROLL CALL
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the comments of the PURPOSE OF
public concerning Bill No. 405, a proposed ordinance amending PUBLIC HEARING
Chapter 6 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code, the Build-
ing Code for. the Village, by adopting thereto an amendment to
Section 6-17, Schedule of Pernti.t Fees, Charges and Expenses.
Legal notice o£ this Public Hearing was published in The Post
an Septm~ber 8 and 18, 1982 and was posted according to law.
There were no coQments fran the public or the Council at this
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of Councilman. Valente, seconded by President Fro
Tem Nolan, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
