Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:30
P.M. All members of the Council and staff were present,
Councilman Marks gave the invocation and Vice Mayor
Brown led the Council and public in the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag,
On motion of President Pro Tem Nolan, seconded by
Councilman Marks all present voting aye, the Minutes
of Regular Session held Thursday, June 24, 1982 were
approved as written,
Mayor Moore reminded Council of Budget 4dorkshop
meetings beginning July 12 at 7:00 P,M, in the
Conference Room of Village Hall,
On motion of Councilman Valente, seconded by President
Pro Tem Nolan, all present voting aye, the following

Minutes of Special Meeting of Country Club
Advisory Board held June 30, 1982
On motion of Vice Mayor Brown,'seconded by Councilman RECOMMENDATION
Marks, all present voting aye, the recommendations from OF CC AD. BOARD
the Special Meeting of the Country Club Advisory Board POSTPONED
will be postponed until budget meetings and will be
discussed at that time,
The Village Manager advised Council of the success BLOOD BANK
of the Blood Bank sponsored by the employees of the
Village, with 36 individuals responding on the first day
of the drive.
On motion of Councilman Valente, seconded by Councilman RESOLUTION 35 82
Marks, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution 3582 ADOPTED
entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
' BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BZD OF BOYNTON
RESTAURANT SUPPLY, INC, FOR NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$8,515,00, FROM BOND CONSTRUCTION FUND ACCOUNT
N0, 63,1-57262,11 (.KITCHEN RENOVATIONS:

President Pro Tem Nolan requested that Mr, Howland CHRISTMAS IN
contact the Managers of Lake Paxk and Palm Beach Gardens DTXIE PARADE
regarding the Christmas in Dixie Parade, Find out what
monies would have to be spent, wTietb.er all municipalities
would be willing to share the responsibility of the
parade; possibly involve all of the NortTi County area,
This information should be available soon enough for
inclusion in discussion of next year Ts Budget<
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Valente, seconded by
President Pro Tem Nolan X11 present voting aye, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
