North Palm Beach Florida adopting an amendment
to the Comprehensive Plan for the Village of
North Palm Beach in accordance with the
requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning Act of 1975 (Chapter 163, Florida Statutes

Legal notice of the Public Hearing was published in LEGAL NOTICE
the Post July 15, 1982 and was posted according to PUBLISHED
law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council NO COMMENTS FROM
on the proposed ordinance listed above. PUBLIC OR COUNCIL
There being no further 'business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilman Valente, seconded
by President Pro Tem Nolan, all present voting aye,
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:10 P.M.
