Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All menbers of the Council were present except President Pro
Tem Brown.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the couments of PURPOSE OF
the public concerning a proposed ordinance amending Chapter PUBLIC HEARING
11 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code, the Electrical
Code for the Village, by adopting by reference thereto the
National Electric Code, 1981 Edition, and setting forth
amendn~ts to said National Electric Code.
Legal notice of this Public Heari~3g was published in The Post LEGAL NOTICE
on February 10, 1982 and February 20, 1982, and was posted PUBLISHID
according to law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council at this NO CONNIFI~]TS
