Mayor Dlarlcs called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
A11 members of the Council were present except Councilman
Al Moore.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments
of the public concerning a proposed ordinance rezoning a
10-acre tract located on Prosperity Farms Road in the Village
of North Palm Beach, co~cnly knoHa~ as the "Delacorte Site",
from Zoning Districts R-1 and R-2 to Zoning District P-
Public.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in The Post
on January 27, 1982 and February 6, 1982 and was posted accord-
ing to law.
There were no ~~nts from the public or the Council at this
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of Councilwcmazi Nolan, seconded by President Pro
Ten Brown, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was
adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
