Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except Cotm~;lman
Al Moore.
The ptrrpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the ~n+*n~ts
of the public conCPYniSSg a proposed ordinance rezoning the
MacArthur Beach State Recreation Area, located between the
east shores of Lake Worth and the Atlantic Ocean, fran Zoni
District R-1 to Zoning DistrictP-Public.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in The Post
on January 27, 1982 and February 6, 1982 and was posted accord-
ing to law.
There were no conme~ats fran the public or the Council at this
Public Hearing.
There being no further business to cane before the Council,
on motion of Vice Mayor Valente, seconded by CoLmcilwoman
Nolan, all present voting aye, the Public Hearing was ad-
journed at 7:04 p.m.
