Vice Mayor Brawn called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 ROLL CALL
p.m. All menbers of the Council were present except Mayor
Moore, who is i11, and all mmibers of the staff were present
except the Village Attorney.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is.to bear the c~zts of PURPOSE OF
the public concerning Bill No. 409, a proposed ordinance PUBLIC HEARING
amending Chapter 45 of the Village Code, the Zoning Code,
by defining time-share and restricting the location of time-
share units to the C A, C-lA, CB, C-I and C-2 Zoning Districts.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in The Post LEGAL NOTICE OF
on Nov®ber 24 and December 4,1982 and was posted according PUBLIC HEARING
to Lsw.

There being no further business to cue before the Council, ADJOURNID9EN'P
on motion of Catmcilman Valente, seconded by Councilman.
