Vice Mayor Valente moved that we accept the recommendation of the CC AD. BD. Country Club Advisory Board that North Shore High School be RECT?ON allowed to use the tennis courts at the Club for tennis matches. ACCEPTID The motion was seconded by Covncilwar~.z Nolan and all present voted aye. Coimci]ma~a Moore moved that we accept the recaanendation of the CC AD. BD. Country Club Advisory Board that starting times for the golf RECCML~IDATION course be changed from seven to six minutes. On motion of Vice Mayor Valente; seconded by Councilwoman Nolan, all present voting aye, Bi11 No. 388 was adopted as Ordinance No. 12-81. OrL motion of Councilmali Moore, seconded by Vice Mayor Valente, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. 60-81 entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCII. OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARIDA, ACCEPTING THE BTD OF CARPEC~fTERS ROOFING AND SHEET METAL, INC. FOR REROOFING OF. PUBLIC SERVICES BUILDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $13,586.00 FRCM ACCOUNT N0. 31-524-46.21 (R & M BUILDING REROOF PUBLIC SERVICES) was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No. 60-81. ' Crnmc~ln,a., Moore moved that we place Item 12 (a) (Approval for Purchase - Swinudng Pool Heater) on the floor for discussion. The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present voted aye. Vice Mayor Valente moved that we approve the purchase of a pool heater for the country club pool in the amount of $9,528.65, to be emended from Bond.Canstruction Contingency -Account No. 63.1-572-63.17 (Pool Heater), this being a sole source item to be repaid from pool assessments. The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem Brawn and all present voted aye. President Pro Tmt Brown moved that we cancel the regular and workshop sessions of .November 26, 1981, due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman. Nolan and all present voted aye. Vice Mayor. Valente moved that we allow the Volunteer Fire Department to participate in the annual Christmas in Dixie Parade. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Nolan. ' President Pro Tem Brawn moved that we end the motion as follows: That the Volunteer Fire Department, as well as any other department isi the Village who wishes to participate in the Christmas in Dixie Parade,may do so provided the cost does not exceed $50.00 for gas and oil or way other mis- cellaneous expense that may be incurred. The motion was seconded by Councilwcman Nolan and all present voted aye.
