Absent: Al Moore, Councilman
Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m.
All m~mibers of the Council were present except Counci]man
Moore. A11 members of the staff were present.
Mayor Marks gave the invocation and President Pro Tem Brown
led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance
to the Flag.
The Minutes of Regular Session held Thursday, May 28, 1981
stand as prepared.
The Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission
held May 5, 1981 stand as prepared.
The Minutes of Regular Meeting of the 25th Anniversary Coim~ittee
held May 20, 1981 stand as prepared.
The Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Library Aduisory Board
held May 26, 1981 stand as corrected.
The Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Code Enfor~A*++Art Board
held June 1, 1981 stand as corrected.
President Pro Tem Brown moved that we accept the recommendation
of the Library Advisory Board concerni ~ the donor's plaque
to be placed at the top of the stairs in the Library's foyer
(including the recommendations for the plaque wording, the
plaque description, the definition of a major contribution,
and the procedures for adding names to the plaque). The
motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present
voted aye.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
on motion of Vice Mayor Valente, seconded by Councilwoman
Nolan, all present voting aye, the meeting was adjourned
at 8:05 p.m.
