Mayor Marks called the Special Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Special Session is for the Village Council PURPOSE OF
to consider authorizing the Yeckes-Lochner architectural firm SPECIAL SESSION
to proceed with the plans and specifications for the DeLacorte
Coaunnity Center and to discuss the. architect~al fees.
After a lengthy discussion regarding the building, the Village DISCUSSIOPd RE
Council told the architects, Messrs. Yeckes and Lochner, that BUILDING &
what they want is the best they can get for the money they ARCHITECTURAL

Concerning the architectural fees, the Village Council stated
they would approve an 8-1/2% architectural fee on the total
cost of the building minus the fees that 'have been paid to
date.
The Village Council instructed Messrs. Yeckes and Lochner PLANS AND COSTS
to have the plans and the costs for the Delacorte Conmiauity TO BE READY
Center ready by the next regular meeting of the Council, BY 12/10/81
which is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 1981.
There being no further business to come before the Cotincil, ADJOURI~IDVr
the Special Session was adjourned at 8:25 p.m.
