Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Cotncil were present.

President Pro Tem Brown moved to amend the motion as follows: MOTION DIED FOR

but that the assessment not be prorated; and if it is a re-
joining, then there would be no proration for either the
assessment or the membership. The motion died for lack of
a second.
Covncilwctnan Nolan moved to amend the motion as follows: MOTION ANl~IDID
That any new Village residents should have a proration on
the membership only. The motion was seconded by President
Pro Tem Brown and passed 4-1, with Vice Mayor Valente
opposed.
Thereafter Council voted on the main. motion, as amended, MAIN MOTION, AS

was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present voted aye.
Vice Mayor Valente moved that wE authorize the Mayor to sign N%YPION TO SIGN
the Contract with Yeckes-Lochner Architects (for the Valerie CONiRAGT WITH
Delacorte CcxrmiTM+;ty Center). The motion was seconded by YEC~S-LUCHNER

President Pro Tem Brown moved to amend the motion as follaas: MOTION AMENDID
That we accept the contract with an additicnal clause which
says the contractor, mAp*+;»g the. architectural firm, in such
instance that the bids do not come in under the budgeted amount,
will continue to work diligently with the Cotmcil and the con-
tractors, those contractors being the bidders, tmtil such bids
caste within the budgeted amount with no additional fee. The

aye.
