04-09-1981 VC REG-MMINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA HELD THURSDAY, APRIL 9, 1981 Present: V. A. Marks, M.D., Mayor Tam Valente, Vice Mayor W. H. Broom, President Pro Tem Al Moore, Councilman Harriet Nolan, Councilwoman ' Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney Raymond J. Howland, Village Manager Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk Mayor Marks called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 p.m. A11 members of the Council and staff were present. Vice Mayor Valente gaue the invocation and Councilwoman Nolan led the Council and the public in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The minutes of Regular Sessian held Thursday, March 26, 1981 stand as prepared. Mayor Marks read and signed Proclamation on Victim Rights Week -- the week of April 20-26, 1981. On motion of Councilman Moore, seconded by President Pro Tem RES. 29-81 Brown, all present voting aye, proposed Resolution No. 29-81 ADOPTID entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PATS~I BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF FARNETI ADVERTISING, RIVIERA BEACH, FLORIDA, FOR PRTNIING FOUR (4) PAGES OF THE COUNTRY CLUB .FORECAST IN THE AMOUNT OF $284.82 PER N%)NTH FROM ACCOUNT N0. 31.1-572-47.10 (PRINTING AND BISIDING) was read in full and adopted as read as Resolution No. 29-81. The motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Valente and all present voted aye. ' President Pro Tem Brown moved that we accept for file the special engagement from Ernst & Whismey in coxmection with the resignation of Donald D. Detsch, Finance Director, on October 2/+, 1980. The motion was seconded by Councilma~i Moore and all present voted aye.
