The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Nolan and passed 3-2, with President Pro Tem Valente anal Councilman Brown opposed. Thereafter Council voted on the main motion as amended MAIN MOTION which passed 3-2, with President Pro Tem Valente and PASSID 3-2 Councilman Brown opposed. ' Councilman Brown u~ved that w~ approve the emergency puscbase APPROVAL FOR of an embossing machine for the Country Club in the amount of EMII2GII~TCY PURCHASE $2,395.00 to be expended from Accotnt No. 31.1-572-64.22 OF Fl'lBOSSING (Farrington Embosser) after the 1980-81 budget is adopted.
