The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the
comments of the public concerning the proposed

titlement Funds.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published
in the Palm Beach Post on'Ju1y 10, 1980 and posted
according to law.
Several questions were posed .by Mr. Thomas R. Boyle,
100 Wettaw Lane, concerning the proposed usage of
these Federal Revenue Sharing Entitlement Funds,
which were answered by the Village Council and the
Finance Director to the satisfaction of Mr. Boyle,
who had no objections.
Councilwoman Nolan questioned the $3,000.00 estima-
ted balance left over. She wanted to know if there
was any limitation or stipulation on what this money
could be spent for. Mr. Howland informed her-that
this money can be allocated to whatever the Village
Council deems necessary, and that they can spend
every penny of it.
Vice Mayor Moore questioned Module No. 4 for An-
chorage Park and the two Public Safety vehicles
that were listed under the proposed Federal Revenue
Sharing expenditures for 1980-81. He stated that
the cost for-the module was contained in the pro-
posed bond issue, and that the Council had satisfied
the need for vehicles for the Public Safety Depart-
ment during that departments budget workshop sessions
and questioned the need for two additional vehicles
for Public Safety. The Council concurred that these
items would be discussed at the budget session of
August 12, 1980.
