Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Cotmcil were present. All members of
the staff were present except the Village Attorney.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments PURPOSE OF
of the public concerning the proposed usage of the 1980=81 PUBLIC HEARIlVG
Federal Revenue Sharing Entitle?nent Funds.
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in The LEC~L NOTICE
Post on August 13, 1980 and posted according to law. PUBLISHID
There were no comments from the public or the Council at
this Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the Council, ADJOURI~]'P
the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
