A11 members of the Council were present. Mayor Marks, on behalf of the Village, presented a Twenty PRESENTATION OF ' Year Badge to William Carson, Assistant'Chief of the North 20 YEAR BADGE Palm Beach Volunteer Fire. MINUTES The Minutes of Regular Meeting of the Planning Coumission held August 5, 1980 stand as prepared. Mayor Marks passed the gavel to Vice Mayor Moore and left -- the meeting at 7:40 p.m. lie returned to the meeting at 7:45 p.m., at which time Vice Mayor Moore returned the gavel to him. The motion was seconded by President BILL 356 AS ORD. t Pro Tem Valente. 17-80 Vice Mayor Moore moved to amend Ordinance No. 17-80 as MOTION ~ AMEND follows: Iri the last line of the title, change the word FAILED 2-3 high density to R-1 Residential; and. on page 2, Section 1 (c) that the following described property be shown on the Plan as R-1, Low Density Residential. The motion was seconded by Cotmcilwoman Nolan and failed 2-3, with Mayor Marks, President Pro Tem Valente and Councilman Brown --- opposed. Councilwoman Nolan moved that we confirm the nature and extent CONFL'ZMATION OF of services provided by Village Auditors, Ernst & Whinney. SERVICES PROVIDID ' The motion was seconded by President Pro Tem Valente and all BY ERNST & WHINNEY present voted aye. Vice Mayor Moore uroved that we reject the bid for the out- -BID FOR OUTBOARD board motor for the Public Safety Patrol Boat for this year. MOTOR REJECTED The motion was seconded by President Pro T~ Valente and all present voted aye. Councilman Brown moved that we go-out and rebid for the VILLAGE TO REBID outboard motor for the Public Safety Patrol 'Boat. The FOR OUTBOARD motion was .seconded by Councilwoman Nolan and all present N%7IOR voted aye.
