Mayor Marks called the Public Hearing to order at 7:00 .ROLL CALL
p.m. A11 members of the Council were present. All
members of the staff were present except the Village
Manager. The Village Attorney and Village Clerk arrived
at 7:01 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments
of the public concerning amendments to the Comprehensive
Plan of the Village as regards the Future Land Use Plan and
the Growth Policies Plan.
Legal Notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
Post on July 28, 1980 and August 8, 1980 and posted accord-
ing to law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council at this
Public Hearing.
