Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
Councilwoman Love gave the invocation and Councilman INVOCATION &

Councilman Brown moved that proposed Resolution No. MOTION TO ADOPT

be adopted as read. The motion was seconded by Vice
Mayor Kazimir.
Councilman Brocvn moved to amend Resolution No. 16-79 RES. 16-79
as follows: In Section 1 between the words there- AMENDED
from and Paragraph IV, add T'the last sentence of".
The motion was seconded by Councilman Marks and all
present voted aye.
Thereafter Council voted on the main motion which
passed 5-0. Therefore, Resolution No. 16-79 was
adopted as amended.
Councilwoman Love moved that we approve payment of
$12,090.00 to Seacoast Utilities, Inc. for fire
hydrants in service for 1978 to be expended from
Account No. 22-522-44.30. The motion was seconded
t by Vice Mayor Kazimir and all present voted aye.
Councilman Brown moved that we approve an increase
in salary for school guards from $3.00 to 53.50 per
hour. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Love
and all present voted aye.

Councilwoman Love moved that we approve sending in the
form (to the U. S. Department of Commerce, Bureau o£ the
Census) appointing the Village Manager as Liaison to the
Local Review Program of the Bureau of the Census for the
1980 Decennial Census. The motion was seconded by Vice
Mayor Kazimir and all present voted aye.

Councilman Brown moved that we place on the agenda at
this time discussion of the parking problem at Gemini
Condominium. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Marks and all present voted aye.
Councilman Marks moved that we permit the Village Manager
and the Village Attorney to negotiate. with the owner of
parking space No. 42 at the Gemini Condominium, and ex-
pend the funds for this from Account No. 61-519-99.11,
Council Contingency. The motion was seconded by Vice
Mayor Kazimir and all present voted aye.

Councilman Brown moved that we place on the agenda at NON AGENDA
this time discussion of a letter from the Council to ITEM PT~ACED

Councilman Brown moved that we place on the agenda at NON AGENDA
this time that a representative be sent to the Voting ITEM PLACED
Equipment Center to certify to the testing of tabulation ON AGENDA
equipment to be used for the Village's General Election
of March 20, 1979. The motion was seconded by Council-
woman Love and all present voted aye.
Vice Mayor Kazimir moved that we appoint Mrs. Walker VILLAGE CLERK
to certify to the proper operation of the voting machines TO CERTIFY TO

Council, on motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by
