Mayor Brown called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except Councilman Marks.
Mr. Gildan, Village Attorney, was not present at Roll Ca11 but
arrived at 7:24 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the comments of PURPOSE OF
the public concerning Bill No. 327 which would amend PUBLIC HEARING
Chapter 45 of the Village Code by creating Planned Unit
Development Regulations, setting forth a definition of Planned
Unit Development, the factors and standards to be evaluated in
creating a Planned Unit Develop~t and the general requirements
and special regulations of Planned Unit Developments.
Legal Notice of this Public Hearing was published in the Palm TFf,AT NOTICE
Beach Post on October 5, 1979 and posted according to law. PUBLISHED

Mr. Thomas R. Boyle, 100 Wettaw Lane, posed some questions to the
Village Council concerning this bill which were answered by the
Cotmcil.
There being no further business to coin before the Council, the ADJOURNMIIVI'
Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:37 p.m.
