THURSDAY, MARCH 8, 1979

Mayor Moore called the Regular Session to order at 7:30 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
Councilman Marks gave the invocation and Vice Mayor
Kazimir led the Council and the public in the Pledge
of Allegiance to the Flag.
On motion of Vice Mayor Kazimir, seconded by Council-
woman Love, all present voting aye, the Minutes of
Regular Session held Thursday, February 22, 1979 were
approved as written.

Mayor Moore, on behalf of the Village, presented a PRESENTATION

On motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by Vice Mayor BILL 317
Kazimir, all present voting aye, Bill No. 317 entitled: PLACED ON
2ND READING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 6-77 OF THE
' VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH, WHICH ORDINANCE
ADOPTED THE APPEARANCE CODE AND THE ZONING CODE
OF THE VILLAGE AS PART OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN,
BY REMOVING THE APPEARANCE CODE AND ZONING CODE
FROM THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE VILLAGE
was placed on second reading and read by title alone.
On motion of Vice Mayor Kazimir, seconded by Council- BLLL 317
woman Love, all present voting aye, Bill No. 317 was ADOPTED AS
adopted as Ordinance No. 4-79. ORD. 4-79

On motion of Councilman Brocm, seconded by Councilman
Marks - 3-2, with Mayor Moore and Councilman Marks
opposed - Bill No. 318 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH CODE BY CREATING THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT
VILLAGE MANAGER AND SETTING FORTH THE DUTIES OF THE
ASSISTANT VILLAGE MANAGER
was placed on second reading and read by title alone.
On motion of Vice Mayor Kazimir, seconded by Councilman
Brown - 3-2, with Mayor Moore and Councilman Marks
opposed - Bill No. 318 was adopted as Ordinance No.
5-79.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by
Councilwoman Love, all present voting aye, the meeting
was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
