Mayor Moore called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 ROLL CALL
p.m. All members of the Council were present.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
regarding Bill No. 317 which amends Ordinance No. 6-77 PUBLIC
which adopted the Appearance Code and the Zoning Code of HEARING
the Village as part of the Comprehensive Plan by removing
the Appearance Code and Zoning Code from the Comprehensive
Plan of the Village,
Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
Palm Beach Post on February 16, 1979 and posted accord-
ing to law.
There were no comments from the public or the Council
on this Public Hearing.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, on motion of Councilman Marks, seconded by
Councilwoman Love, all present voting aye, the Public
Hearing was adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
