ANNEXATION OF PARCELS INTO THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH

This notice shall serve as confirmation that the above annexation has been received and
processed by the Supervisor of Elections Office, with the precinct boundary changes
taking effect on December 16, 2008. All voters affected by the annexation will be notified
by being mailed a new Voter Registration card.
