The requested annexation was premised in part on having zoning compatible with the property being annexed. In addition, a proposed PUD Ordinance was being considered for enaction. In view of the fact that the foregoing was not accomplished, we want to defer proceeding with the annexation at this time until an appropriate PUD Ordinance has been adopted by the Village.,Tdanagement feels it would be detrimental to our company to subject ourselves to municipal taxation while suffering a reduction in existing zoning. The necessary action by your Council to accomplish the above will be appreciated. Very truly yours, ROYAL AMERICAN REALTY, INC. W. L."Cargill President WLC: jj V1LLP„ ~~' 1 S~' ~~ GLErK~s o~F:c~.
