08-23-1979 VC PH-MMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA THURSDAY, AUGUST Z3, 1979 L 1 Present: W. H. Brown, Mayor Donald J. Kazimir, Vice Mayor V. A. Marks, Councilman Al Moore, Councilman Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney Paul J. Nicoletti, Village Manager Linda J. Staples, Deputy Village Clerk Absent: Patsy B. Love, president Pro Tem Mayor Brown called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 ROLL CALL p.m. All members of the Council were present except President Pro Tem Love and Councilman Marks who arrived at 7:25. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear the PURPOSE OF comments of the public concerning the proposed usage PUBLIC HEARING of the 1979-80 Federal Revenue. Sharing Entitlement Funds. Legal notice of this Public Hearing was published in LEGAL NOTICE the Palm Beach Post on August 13, 1979 and posted PUBLISHED according to law. There were no comments from the public. PUBLIC COMMENTS The Village Manager suggested that these funds be REALLOCATION used for Capital Outlay Purchases such as a garbage OF PROPOSED packer and public safety vehicles. After a brief FUNDS discussion, Council agreed to reallocate the proposed funds as follows: Allocated to 33-534-64.10 $35,000 Garbage Packer Allocated to 21-521-64.10 $13,560 Public Safety Vehicles Total 48,560 There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT Council, the Public Hearing was adjourned at 7:28 p.m. Minutes recorded by: Linda J.
