Vice Mayor Kazimir called the Public Hearing to order at ROLL CALL
7:04 p.m. All members of the Council were present except
Mayor Brown.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear the public PURPOSE OF
concerning two bills. The first one is Bi11 No. 320, PUBLIC
adopting the Model Energy Efficiency Building Code; and HEARING
the second one is Bill No. 321, adopting the National - ;
Electric Code, 1978 Edition.
Legal Notice of this Public Hearing was published in the LEGAL
Palm Beach Post on April 11 and April 20, 1979. NOTICE
PUBLISHED
There were no comments from the public or the Council - NO COMMENTS
on either Bill No. 320 or Bill No. 321. FROM PUBLIC
OR COUNCIL
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, on motion of Councilwoman Love, seconded
by Councilman Moore, all present voting aye, the
Public.Hearing was adjourned at 7:OS p.m.
